Bernard Lambilliotte

Bernard Lambilliotte has served as a Director of Lonestar since January 2013 . Mr. Lambilliotte is also Vice Chairman of Ecofin, a specialist fund manager in energy, utilities and infrastructure.  Prior to co-founding Ecofin in 1992, Mr Lambilliotte was an investment manager with Pictet & Cie., private bankers, in Geneva and London, where he was responsible for the development of sector funds, having previously been an investment banker with Swiss Bank Corporation in London and Paris, and with Drexel Burnham Lambert in London.  He is the most senior director of Lonestar Resources Inc. and sits on the boards of Hamon et Cie S.A., an international power engineering group based in Belgium, and Oro Negro, an oil services company based in Mexico.  He is also an alternate director of Poweo, an independent power company based in France, and of Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities plc.  He graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a degree in engineering, and from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France where he received an M.B.A. degree. Mr Lambilliotte is also a trustee of the Ecofin Research Foundation, a UK registered charity, which aims to promote the development of sustainable, low carbon solutions. He is a Belgian citizen
